Chauffeur transfers to Gatwick Airport
Gatwick is the airport most travellers from West Sussex use, and one of the most frequent journeys for South Coast Chauffeur. Serge collects you from home and takes you straight to the North or South Terminal, so the holiday or business trip starts the moment you sit down.
The journey from the south coast
From Chichester the usual route runs east along the A27 and then north on the A29, A24 or A23 towards Crawley, and typically takes around an hour and a half depending on traffic. From Worthing, Brighton or Arundel the drive is shorter. Serge knows the alternatives when the A27 or M23 are slow, and plans the route before the day so there are no surprises.
Planning your pickup
Pickup times are worked out from your departure time, allowing for check-in, bag drop and security, plus a margin for the roads. For early morning flights that can mean a pickup well before dawn; Serge has driven day and night for 28 years and is used to quiet, careful early starts.
Meeting you on your return
For the journey home, Serge plans the collection around your arrival and meets you at the terminal so you are not left searching for a taxi after a long flight. If you would like him to keep an eye on your flight time, just ask when you book and he can do this on request.
Luggage and comfort
The BMW 7 Series has a generous boot for suitcases and a quiet, roomy cabin, so you can rest or work on the way. Let us know if you are travelling with skis, golf clubs or extra cases, and other cars are available on request if you need more room.
