- How do I book?
- Call Serge on 07411 479119 or send an enquiry through the form on any page with your date, pickup, destination and number of passengers. Serge will reply to confirm the details.
- How much does a journey cost?
- Price available on request, as it depends on the journey. Normal hourly hire is from £50 per hour.
- How do I pay?
- Payment methods are confirmed when you book. Please ask Serge.
- How far ahead should I book?
- As early as you can, especially for early morning flights, weddings and big events such as Goodwood. For short notice journeys, call and ask Serge.
- Do you do airport pickups as well as drop-offs?
- Yes. Return collections from Gatwick, Heathrow and Southampton are planned around your arrival time.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- Serge can keep an eye on your flight on request. For anything specific about delays, ask Serge when you book.
- How much luggage can I bring?
- The BMW 7 Series has a generous boot for suitcases. If you have a lot of luggage or a larger group, tell us, as other cars are available on request.
- Can you look after children or passengers with special needs?
- Serge has experience driving air ambulance patient transfers and children with special needs, so he is used to looking after people who need extra care. Please mention any needs when you book. For child seats, ask Serge.
- Do you drive to private hospital appointments?
- Yes. Chauffeur cars are used for private hospital visits, such as Harley Street, because they are always on time.
- Which areas do you cover?
- From a base near Chichester, we cover West Sussex, Hampshire and beyond, including Goodwood, Portsmouth, Worthing, Brighton, Southampton and London. Long-distance journeys across the UK can be arranged.
- Are other cars available?
- Yes. The main car is a BMW 7 Series, and other cars are available on request.
- Can I hire a car and driver for a whole day?
- Yes. Normal hourly hire is from £50 per hour, which suits days with several stops, events and waiting time.
